Air Pollution in Bintulu

The level of air pollution in Bintulu is getting worse these few days. We can hardly see clear & blue sky. And the air we breath in comes with burning smell. I am curious. No open burning permit is given, but why the air quality is getting worse. Don't blame Indonesia. I think our enforcement in Bintulu has to improve their works.
By the way, how can we enjoy the Borneo Kite Festival when the air quality is at such level?
