不能不说 For We Cannot--
使徒行传 4:20 Acts 4:20
For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. (KJV)
Standing before the priests and those Sadducees, Peter and John were not afraid of their the threats and punishment. The two great men told them, "For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard."
Many times, we are afraid and compromised with the circumstances (politics, cultures, societies, personal interests etc). We do not have the bravery and the faith of which the two great men had. Peter and John did not compromise, even though they faced the threats of being imprisoned or even put to death. They were firm on what they had seen, heard and believed.
Am I able to have such a determination and faith like them?
